Chef - 30k per annum

Riley’s Fish Shack are looking for a mature, dedicated & career driven chef to join the team.

Riley’s Fish Shack has now been operating for around 16 months and in that time have achieved some high praise press both regionally and nationally including the Guardian (October 2016) in which Jay Rayner describes the fish shack as his ‘dining experience of the year’!

Following this press, we have been experiencing ever increasing pressure and demand from customers and are looking for a key person to help the company deal with these pressures.


The individual would need previous experience as a head chef and would have included roles such as stock taking, logistics, recording and monitoring GP and staff margins.

The individual would have experience of working with fish and seafood and have key skills to help us, as a small growing company, to develop systems to enable us to deal with our increasing customer demand 

The individual would have both level 2 and level 3 food hygiene qualifications.

Driving license would be an advantage
