Turbot is now one of the countries most sought after species. Here in North Shields we land a fair amount of impeccable quality but prices have literally doubled in the past four years so expect to pay for it.
We like to cook this on the bone
Portions are 300g and can come from a range of sizes, some days it might be 1/6 of a large fish or 1/2 a smaller fish. This is dictated by the market.
Quantity:
- We are hand delivering within 10 Miles North of the Tyne on Fridays between 4-7pm
- Our new national delivery option through DPD delivers on Fridays between 9-5pm
- Collection is from Riley's Fish Shop Friday PM & Saturdays
- Minimum spend is £30 on all orders
