A regular side on at the Fish Shack, blackened Hispi (Sweatheart) Cabbage which we have pre-blackened for you to get the flavours in. Served with a Caesar Dressing using our own home-salted Herring Anchovies with some alongside to otp it with. Simply warm in the oven cut side facing up dressing it before serving so the dressing soaks in-between all the layers of Cabbage.
